Fewer, Better Things

“Own Fewer, Better things” is the slogan that I encounterd through Standard & Strange; but with any cursory glance online will show that a variant of the mantra is being thrown around all over the ~ m e n s w e a r ~ zeitgeist. And honestly, its a good phrase: buy less, buy higher quality. Yet I see it often purported by people who make their living off sligning clothes. Dont get me wrong, I am 100% a hypocrite as I write this, I loveeeee things - well made, ethical, intentional things but things none the less, if I let myself, I would lead a maximalist life.
